New Logo?

I ordered a new logo from Logo Samurai. Personally, I don’t like it.
It looks cartoony and the font, well, I don’t get the font. I don’t think I’m going to be using it.
I don’t think I’m ever going to pay for anything upfront again. Nothing good ever comes from it.

Shocking that a brand identity cannot be had like an order of fries. Though, you could always just change the font, no? Curious: what was the information they asked for when creating this?

Next to nothing.
I’m well aware that you get what you pay for. Nonetheless, it is an extra special form of suck.
