		<description>Constitutions are not, sadly, self-enforcing. So even if you have one that is ridiculously restrictive on the power granted the government (tcrf.com, or the likely one drawn up by republicofnh.org for instance) it is not worth the paper it is printed on if it doesn&#039;t have large popular support.  I doubt a junta would leap that hurdle.

Sadly, most modern &quot;popular&quot; constitutions are deeply influenced by their populations&#039; indoctrination in a &quot;legal plunder&quot; society (see Bastiat&#039;s, &quot;The Law&quot;) where others&#039; property is frequently mis-identified as a &quot;right&quot; of citizens. (South African constitution bill of rights: http://www.info.gov.za/documents/constitution/1996/96cons2.htm#7)</description>
